Suede de Suede Eau de Parfum

A soft and supple suede scent that caresses the senses. Inspired by in-house perfumer Fredrik Dalman’s memories of Sweden, this is a rich, but gentle, blend of wood, leather and musk, with delicate grace notes of flowers and berries. Dalman’s vision began with a pair of gloves ? suede worn to the point of silkiness, lined with fur ? but this scent also reminds us of a fluffy eiderdown comforter on a winter night, providing perfect warmth without heaviness. The musk at the heart of this scent is the ideal balance of clean and sensuous ? with the delicate sweetness of osmanthus highlighting the innocent aspects and deep cedarwood and earthy patchouli amplifying the less-innocent ones. Although cloudberry sounds like something that might grow on a magical island, it is a real fruit that grows in Scandinavia ? an amber berry with a distinctive tart taste ? and it provides an exquisite, cool airiness that counters the warm and creamy suede. Initially sultry, Suède de Suède softens to become deliciously cozy and inviting.
